How to Register Online

Beginning level students may reference the schedule on the homepage and register online for desired classes. Returning students and new students with experience must contact the studio either in person, by phone or email for proper class placement prior to submitting online registration. Payment is required within three days of online registration to hold your class space. We accept check, cash or credit cards. A 3% fee is added to all credit card transactions. Policies Agreement

I have read the information brochure and understand all the policies and agree to the following:
1. Annual tuition is payable on a bi-monthly basis starting with September/October. Payments are due at the time of registration for September/October and by the first class for the months of Nov, Jan, March and May. We do not prorate for students joining in the middle of a payment session.
2. A late fee of $20.00 will be added to tuition when payment has not been made by the 9th of the month.
3. There is a returned check fee of $35.00.
4. Class enrollment is limited. Notice of a child dropping a class must be given in writing, two weeks prior to the cancellation. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in space being reserved and I am responsible for payments and late charges.
5. There will be no deductions in tuition for any reason for absent lessons. A comparable make-up class will be provided.
6. I understand and accept that any photographs/videos taken during class, rehearsals, and performances may be used by Rhythm Street Dance Center for publicity, advertising, or display purposes.
7. I understand and accept that Rhythm Street Dance Center will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property brought onto the premises or at rehearsal and performance sites.
I, the undersigned, do hereby release Rhythm Street Dance and Modeling Center, its owners, staff, instructors, landlords or lessors from any and all liability for injury to my person, my children and/or my charges of damage to property, whether based on allegations of negligence or not; in any way incurred by reason of my participation or that of my children/charges in any class/program offered at or by the Rhythm Street Dance and Modeling Center.
